Any concerns or complaints should first be raised with the class teacher. If the matter cannot be resolved then an appointment should then be made to see the head teacher, when, hopefully, the issue can be dealt with by informal discussion. A formal written complaint will be dealt with in accordance with the school’s Complaints Procedure, copies of which are available from the School Office.
