Communication with all our parents and carers is a very important aspect of school life and we try very hard at St Thomas’ to ensure parents and carers receive everything that is relevant to them and their child(ren).  Sending written information home can be rather “hit and miss” with information sometimes going missing on the way! This system ensures that information reaches parents/carers in a timely and efficient manner.

We use ParentMail to send Newsletters and class information, as well as events hosted by the school and PTA. When children are on a school trip, parents are notified by text if the trip is going to late. When children are on a residential trip, we communicate daily with parents/carers with news and, if available, we also send photographs.

We have also introduced +Pay which enables parents/carers to pay for trips and events on-line in a safe and secure way.

Please see the full details below, and the permission slip to join ParentMail is also available for you to download, or alternatively please contact the school office
