At St Thomas of Canterbury School we are always looking for ways to improve our school by actively involving the children in developments and awards that will both appeal and Active Mark are all such awards. The latest award, Active, demonstrates our commitment to sport and dance and a healthy approach to life.

In PE the children are involved in music, movement, gymnastics and dance, in addition to Netball, Cross Country, Swimming, Tag Rugby, Girls and Boys Football and most of these involve at KS2 competitive matches and tournaments with local schools and within the deanery. 

We are justifiably proud of our children’s enthusiasm and achievements which is demonstrated by our trophy cabinet. Out of school activities include tennis, football, street dance and drama.
